If you already have a stand design, you can rely on Stabilo International for its production and installation. With extensive experience in stand construction beyond the Netherlands, we are well-versed in the various regulations of exhibition halls across Europe.
1. Briefing
During the briefing meeting, we discuss all aspects of your exhibition participation—from practical matters such as dimensions, design, and budget to the core of your message. This includes the ideas behind your stand, the product or service you want to showcase, your objectives, and your target audience.
Based on this conversation, we compile a list of wishes and requirements. Our designers will then immediately start working on creating a unique design.
2. Design & Pricing
Based on the briefing and the requirements, our designers get to work. You will receive an initial design along with a detailed quotation that aligns with your budget and needs.
We incorporate your feedback to refine the design and ensure that your stand effectively conveys your message. This way, we create a design that resonates with your target audience and helps you achieve your exhibition objectives.
3. Production
Once the design is approved and the quotation accepted, your stand moves into production. As wood is our primary construction material, we are capable of producing products which are not simply standard stands.
The possibilities of wooden construction are endless, allowing us to create a unique stand for each client. The furnishings consist of rental furniture, complemented by custom-made pieces designed and manufactured by Stabilo.
4. Projectmanagement
We can also support you in requesting and arranging on-site facility services, such as electricity, internet, water connections, and catering. Additionally, we maintain close contact with external suppliers for stand design, signage, lighting, and transport.
This means we coordinate all logistical and technical aspects, allowing you to fully focus on a successful exhibition participation without worrying about practical and operational details.
5. Construction
Before the start of the exhibition, we ensure the careful and efficient construction of your stand. Our team makes sure that all components are correctly assembled, the lighting is installed, and the furnishings are set up according to plan. We work precisely and within the agreed schedule, ensuring that your stand is ready on time.
6. Break-down
After the exhibition, the stand is carefully dismantled and transported to our warehouse. There, it is inspected for any damage, packed, and safely stored for future use. Many of the stands we produce are reused multiple times.
If necessary, the stand can be adjusted to a different size. We can also produce additional furniture—for example, if the stand area is larger for the next exhibition or if the layout changes.
